Illuminate Properties was founded by Patrice Horvath, a bay area native and top producing agent in partnership with the real estate technology brokerage Side Inc. Side is a venture-backed brokerage bringing leading edge technology, state-of-the-art marketing, administrative, and legal services to the partnership.
